We are delighted to announce the opening of the Sunflower Celebration on Tuesday, 21st May at Vergelegen Estate. Although a slightly smaller flush than previous years, we are still expecting lots of beautiful flowers in a unique setting on the farm.
Once again, guests can expect a walkway of sunflowers in a yellow sea of blooms. Our restaurants will be offering sunflower-inspired treats during this time, and we have our Chardonnay Premium on a buy 5 get 6 promotion for the occasion. Furthermore we will be donating a portion of the gate monies received to DKMS-Africa after the celebration.
Our garden teams have warned of a shorter than usual flush – so please don’t leave your visit to the last minute. Vergelegen Estate is open 7 days a week from 8h30 to 17h00 (last entrance at 16h00).
