This bottle fermented sparkling wine was matured on the lees for 36 months. It has delightful citrus notes on the nose and palate and an energetic mousse. Soft notes of brioche bun and orange blossom develop in the glass and beckon another sip.
Serve with fresh salads, grilled trout and lemon butter.
