At Cabernet & Carne patrons can enjoy a small set menu with Vergelegen wines – perfect for the cold winter months. Limited to 40 seats, this pop-up offers guests an intimate and authentic dining experience.
CABERNET & CARNE AT VERGELEGEN
This historic Estate plays host to our newest destination pop-up, Cabernet & Carne. Set in a rustic field cottage on the outskirts of the arboretum, Cabernet & Carne will inspire your senses and lift your spirits. Our small set menu (R495 per person) combines tasty seasonal and heritage dishes with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. A curated list of Vergelegen red and white wines, winter liqueurs and other favourites are available to order to accompany the menu.
