Vergelegen Camellia Weekend

Visit our exquisite International Camellia Garden of Excellence, currently in full bloom with vibrant pink, white, and red flowers. Join our team of expert horticulturists for an engaging and informative talk about these stunning blooms. After the talk, relax with a cake or scone and your choice of coffee or tea at the Rose Terrace Tea Room. Our International Camellia Garden of Excellence is one of only 39 in the world and the sole representative in Africa. We currently have over 550 different species including our very own Vergelegen varieties. The tour and talk starts at 2pm at the Tasting Room and ends at 4pm on both days.

Tickets cost R250 per person and include:

• An informative talk with Richard Arm and Chris Randlehoff, our Vergelegen horticulturists
• Entry to the estate
• A slice of cake or scone with a coffee or tea at Rose Terrace Tea Room
• A wine tasting voucher for 2

Should the weather be unfavourable we will move the event to the following weekend.
